Assessing speaking

       Here is a summary on the speaking assessment. I hope this glogster will help you get the point of this chapter (Brown, 2000).

  1. Regarding that we are in charge of this presentation, we can assert that speaking is not as simple as thought when assesseing our students. There is a lot of demand when scoring open-ended points of view for example, realiability can be put into question when we are the ones who score: it might depend on how well they perform in class or maybe How well I get along with this or that, or each student, so in this case, it depends on our Ethics and principles and of course, on my actual students' performance when speaking.
